Biography

I am Kassahun Damete, an Ethiopian national born on September 9, 1978. I am married with three children and have over 15 years of experience in the health sector. I hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Field Epidemiology and currently serve as a Program Expert for TB, Leprosy, and Other Lung Diseases at the Ministry of Health, Ethiopia. Working under the Disease Prevention and Control Lead Executive Office, I provide technical leadership and strategic guidance to support national efforts in disease prevention, control, and health program strengthening.
