I have previously participated in lung health conference presented a topic on importance of Active Case Finding among all patients visiting the health facility
A significant proportion of pediatric and adolescents who had successfully completed TB treatment exhibited lung function impairment, highlighting the need for routine monitoring and exercise tolerance assessment in post-TB care in order to improve their quality of life post TB.Due to limited infrastructure at the health facilities the 6MWT is readily available and is equally important.
