Campus Leaders Program: Fostering youth participation in TB elimination and SDGs implementation in Indonesia through a collaborative hexa-helix stakeholder engagement model
The Campus Leaders Program exemplifies how youth can serve as strategic actors in public health through inclusive, community-based approaches. By engaging students as trained advocates and facilitators, the program has contributed to reducing stigma, expanding public awareness, and strengthening cross-sector collaboration. The Hexa-Helix model has proven essential in anchoring interventions at the local level while enabling scalability at the national level. More than just a series of activities, Campus Leaders Program cultivates long-term leadership, civic engagement, and a replicable model for advancing health equity in alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
