Diagnostic accuracy of FujiLAM II point-of-care assay for detecting TB in urine among people with and without HIV in Cameroon

The similar sensitivity of the FujiLAM II assay in HIV-negative (49%) as compared to HIV-positive (51%) outpatients in this study suggests that these tests have good general promise, although the performance falls below the WHO target product profile of 65% for a non-sputum point-of-care test.
