Biography
Hasfah is a laboratory scientist with experience of more than 10 years - working with the Uganda SRL and she is passionate about laboratory systems strengthening geared towards ending TB. She has supported several countries in areas including strategic planing, TB policy development, implementation and monitoring, training and mentorship as well as technical assistance.

The unique support model employed by the Uganda SRL has proved to be effective and relevant to achieve the END TB strategy objectives. The model can therefore be adopted for national laboratory networks, multi-country support projects as well as laboratory systems strengthening initiatives.
