Glenda Sandy, RN, MSc, is a Naskapi (Kawawachikamach, Quebec)-Cree (Pimicikamak Cree Nation, Manitoba) Mother of 5 children and Grandmother of 2. Current work includes: Kanniq Team Leader in Public Health (Nunavik Regional Board of Health & Social Services), Indigenous Health Researcher (McGIll), Affiliate and Commissioner for The Lancet Global Health Commission on People Centred Care (Harvard Medical School)
