Biography

Dr. Ghulam Qader Qader is a dedicated physician and seasoned public health professional with over 15 years of experience in tuberculosis program management and leadership. A graduate with honors in Public Health and Health Management, he has been deeply committed to advancing equitable access to quality TB care, particularly for underserved and high-burden communities in Afghanistan. Driven by a strong sense of purpose and compassion, Dr. Qader has played a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative TB programs that address systemic barriers and contribute to national efforts toward TB elimination.
