Breaking barriers: Assessing community-led, rights-based, and gender-transformative TB responses in conflict-affected zones of Tigray, Ethiopia

The study highlights critical gaps in CRG-TB implementation in Tigray, particularly due to conflict-related service disruption, low community involvement, weak rights frameworks, and minimal gender integration. Recommendations include rebuilding TB infrastructure, strengthening legal protections, revitalizing community platforms, and embedding gender-sensitive and rights-based approaches into TB programming to improve outcomes in conflict-affected settings.
