"Felix Odhiambo Oloo is a third-year Ph.D. student at Maseno University School of Public Health and Community Development. He received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and a bachelor’s in business administration from The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and Alagappa University and a master’s degree in public health—epidemiology from Maseno University in Kisumu, Kenya. His current field placement is with Yala Sub-County Hospital. He is interested in health systems strengthening."
