Biography

With over three decades of experience in pharmaceutical management and access to healthcare products, Fabienne Jouberton has held key roles in global health organizations, including WHO TB department, where she focused on improving access to medicines for drug-resistant TB. At the Global Fund, she helped implement the pooled procurement mechanism and managed partnerships under the Affordable Medicines for Malaria initiative. She later provided consultancy to UN-agencies and NGOs on pharmaceutical management. Currently with Médecins Sans Frontières, she serves as the focal point for TB-related pharmaceutical issues. She brings deep expertise in access to medicines and holds a PhD in Pharmacy.
