Biography

Hanu Eyram Kuma is a Physician Assistant and a Public health expert. He serves as the Subdistrict Head of Abotoase in the Biakoye District, where he leads tuberculosis (TB) surveillance and control activities. Hanu has been instrumental in coordinating active TB case finding, conducting contact tracing, organizing community TB screening campaigns, and improving the utilization of GeneXpert diagnostic tools in rural facilities. His recent research is on integration of TB surveillance with COVID-19 efforts. He is passionate about enhancing TB response systems in underserved communities through data-driven public health practice.
