Biography

I am Eunsol Yang, PharmD, PhD, a postdoctoral scholar in Dr. Rada Savic's lab at University of California, San Francisco. My research focuses on applying quantitative, data-driven modeling approaches to translate preclinical pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic data into clinical outcomes and identify predictors of drug exposure-response and disease dynamics, thereby optimizing trial designs and treatments, specifically in the areas of tuberculosis. I am passionate about addressing critical knowledge gaps in clinical drug development and patient care from a pharmacology perspective by providing model-based quantitative evidence. My goal is to advance more effective, personalized therapies efficiently, ultimately improving patient outcomes and advancing global health.
