Biography
Diana Cherotin is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) Specialist based in Mbale district, working under the USAID Local Partner Health Services – East (LPHSE) project. With a strong background in data analysis, program evaluation, and impact assessment, she is committed to enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of health interventions in Uganda.
