This study highlights the complementary roles of facility-based and community-based ACF strategies in enhancing TB case finding in rural Nigeria. The integration of digital tools like EWORS and community-based interventions can optimize TB case detection, particularly in high-risk communities. Our findings inform the development of innovative, community-focused TB control programs in resource-constrained settings.
