Biography

Dr. Chiang joined The International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) in Paris, France, in 2003 and was Director of the Department of Lung Health, The Union, between 2007 and 2015. He has provided technical assistance to the national tuberculosis program in several countries in Asia and Africa. He was co-chair of rGLC, Western Pacific Region, until 2020. Currently, he is a Vice Superintendent at Wan Fang Hospital, Taipei, and a Professor of Medicine at Taipei Medical University.
