Biography

Dr Beatrice Kirubi has over 20 years’ experience in implementing public health interventions for TB, HIV and mental health projects in different African countries. She currently works with the Stop TB Partnership where she provides technical support to partners implementing TB REACH grants. Beatrice is a trained medical doctor and holds a masters degree in health economics and policy from the Karolinska Institute. She has a keen interest in exploring and mitigating social and economic consequences that persons with TB face due to the disease and during care.
