Key Impacts
Indigenising TB professional development and education through researcher continuity and storytelling: Lessons from Inuit community public health worker training in Nunavik (Quebec, Canada)
Community-based participatory research and researcher continuity throughout the project led to the design of Nunavik-specific resources. The training received positive participant feedback, yet researchers recognize the importance of maintaining ongoing relationships with PHOs to inform future programming. This training template and approach, including researcher, community, and PHO co-creation, inform future trainings in TB, other public health topics, and diverse setting PHO-programs.
