Biography
Research fellow in health economics at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine whose research aims to inform decision making and resource allocation through economic evaluation and priority setting of health and livelihoods interventions. I am particularly interested in strategic priority setting for health benefit packages (HBP) and their successful implementation.
Key Impacts
Improving resource allocation for TB programmes: A mechanistic cost function approach for efficient priority setting
This study developed a robust mechanistic cost model for estimating TB service costs at scale, addressing local capacity constraints. The model and data collection tool support allocative efficiency analyses, improving decision-making for scaling interventions and optimizing resource use in primary care systems.
