Biography

Amitabh Das is a seasoned public health professional with over 19 years of experience in program management, government liaison, and community engagement. Currently the National Lead – Community Engagement for the IMPACT India project at KHPT, he has led large-scale initiatives across TB, HIV, malaria, and reproductive health, including the Technical Support Unit for NTEP. With proven expertise in stakeholder coordination, M&E, and capacity building, he has worked closely with governments, NGOs, and international donors. His previous roles with Piramal Swasthya, PATH-CHRI, SAATHII, and VHAI reflect his commitment to public health system strengthening.
