Biography
Dr. Alex Klosovsky, MD, Msc is Global Health Assessment Programme Coordinator at the UN Migration Agency (IOM) in Geneva, responsible for coordinating IOM refugee and immigrant health activities in regular migration pathways. Dr. Klosovsky spent over 22 years working on international assignments in Africa, Asia and other regions, primarily in the field of refugee health, travel health, health informatics, vaccination and health in humanitarian emergencies. His work included support to resettlement and repatriation activities in Africa and Middle East, providing global support to IOM health operations worldwide from Manila, Philippines, and coordinating IOM refugee health activities from Washington DC.
