Key Impacts
Adherence to weekly 3HP for TB prevention among TB contacts in Uganda: A cross-sectional study
Despite home-based care, non-adherence to 3HP was substantial. Objective adherence monitoring, targeted gender-sensitive counseling, TB infection testing, and proactive side-effect management are essential components of 3HP delivery to enhance adherence outcomes.

Feasibility and acceptability of integrating TB-specific skin testing into home-based household contact investigation for TB infection in Uganda
Integrating home-based TB-specific skin testing into routine home-based household contact investigation is both feasible and highly acceptable in Uganda. Effective scale-up will require addressing misconceptions about TB infection and fears about TST procedures to further increase acceptance.
