Biography

Dr. Gupte is Assistant Professor of Global Health at Boston University. He leads several NIH funded studies to describe the epidemiology and pathogenesis of pulmonary and cardiovascular injury in tuberculosis, measure its impact on poor clinical outcomes, and identify therapeutic and programmatic interventions to improve post-tuberculosis cardio-pulmonary health and longevity.
