Breaking the symptom barrier in ACF: Targeting high risk vulnerabilities for efficient asymptomatic TB detection in India

For geographies with high proportions of vulnerable populations and constrained resources, robust mobilisation strategies focusing on high-yield vulnerabilities are critical. WJCF’s targeted ACF algorithm effectively identifies and prioritises groups with the highest risk, aligning with WHO’s Global TB report 2024 recommendations. This approach significantly enhances detection rates and early diagnosis of asymptomatic TB.
